Check into a venue and then have 4+ yelp friends check-in immediately after
Pro-Tip: Check-in 10 min early to a Yelp Elite Event where you have a lot of friends

I got this by checking in to a restaurant and tagging 3 other yelp friends. You have to checkin first and tag the others.
