It's Either: 1 check-in to breakfast with 3 or 4 yelp friends or 4 check-ins to breakfast with 3 or 4 yelp friends.

I just got it - it can be 1 check-in to breakfast with 3 yelp friends but has to be at a breakfast time. We checked in at 8:10am, all of us checked in together right after one another without tagging each other. It doesn’t seem to matter who is the first to checkin, both me and my friend got the badge.
