Baron Yelp Checkin Status
How to get Baron Yelp check-in status:
Have more Dukeships than any other person for a particular part of town. I got my Baron title with 9 Dukeships.

Duke Yelp Checkin status
How to get Duke check-in status at a venue on yelp:
Check-in more than anyone else to that venue. Must be on separate days. If there is no current Duke, you need a minimum of 2 check-ins to become Duke.
